Initial Reflexology Consultation and Treatment (90 mins)

Generally a first consultation consists of 30 minutes of history taking and 60 minutes of treatment, it is important to approach this session with some flexibility, the complexity of your history can sometimes take longer to share, however it is my aim that initial consultations always contain an element of treatment.

A 30 minute system booster designed to stimulate rather than deeply relax. This is a good choice if you know you have to dash straight back to busy mode after your treatment. It is also a good option if you are chronically tired or low in energy as it helps to build up vitality and a shorter session is less taxing for an already fatigued body.
