About Me

My earliest memories of health care go back to my childhood when my family used homeopathy, osteopathy and naturopathy alongside more conventional medicine, both for the humans and our numerous animals!

The potential for good health and good medicine is greatly improved by harnessing all the knowledge and skills available to us; in the last fifty years there has been a shift towards using complementary therapies by consumers. I am keen to promote a respectful attitude towards both complementary  and conventional medicine. I believe an integrated approach is the most powerful and potentially the most effective.

I trained with the Tisserand Institute and since then have explored many aspects of Reflexology and other touch therapies both through post graduate study and personal use. I believe that with the right support anyone can respond positively to an opportunity to heal and in my experience the best results are obtained by keeping it simple and not formulaic. I enjoy tailoring each therapy session to your needs as they present on the day of treatment.

Since the summer of 2017 I have been lucky enough to work in a purpose built treatment room in Wolvercote, Oxford. Just two minutes walk from the beautiful meadow it is light and airy, welcoming, restful, with warm towels, a heated couch and the convenience of an ensuite loo. Freed from the constraints of a clinic regime you need never feel rushed as I have the luxury of organising my bookings with a comfortable space between.
